Stuffed Aaloo Kheema Parotha


Flour (maida) - 1kg
Potatoes - 5 (large)
Mutton mince (kheema) - 500 gms
Chilli powder - 4tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Black pepper powder - 2tsp
Coriander powder - 3tsp
Oil - 2tbsp
Salt to taste

Method for potatoes mince (aaloo kheema):

1. Boil Potatoes, peel skin and mash the potatoes, keep aside.
2. Heat pan, add oil, then add mince, salt and saute for two minutes.
3. Then add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and saute for two more minutes.
4. Add 2tbsp of water and cook for another two minutes, keep aside.
5. Add the potatoes and mix well and keep aside.

Method for Parotha:

1. Mix flour and water till it gets the rubber feel (becomes dough).
2. Divide dough into portions.
3. Fill each portion of dough with Aaloo Kheema and make parotha.

Serve hot!!
