Macaroni Recipe


Macaroni (pasta) - 1/2 kg
Kheema (mince) - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 large (sliced)
Tomato - 2 large (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder -4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 11/2 ltrs

1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add garam masala and onions, cook till it gets brown.
2. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for five seconds, now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and saute for four to five seconds.
3. Now add mince, coriander leaves and saute for two to three minutes, now add water and let the water get boil.
4. Now add macaroni (pasta), lemon juice and stir well.
5. Close the lid and cook for ten to twelve minutes.

Serve hot!
