tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7392397347797367442024-03-12T19:30:11.923-07:00Find Recipes, Television and more...I Blogged Thishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02740391965573420230noreply@blogger.comBlogger5125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-739239734779736744.post-52428277879701461862008-08-23T07:52:00.000-07:002010-02-25T09:25:26.813-08:00Macaroni Recipe<span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingredients:</span><br /><br />Macaroni (<a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.webyam.com/bookmarks.php?tag=Pasta-Recipe">pasta</a>) - 1/2 kg<br />Kheema (<a href="http://www.webyam.com/bookmarks.php?tag=Mince-Recipe"><span style="font-weight: bold;">mince</span></a>) - 1/2 kg<br />Onion - 1 large (sliced)<br />Tomato - 2 large (finely chopped)<br />Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp<br />Red chilli powder -4 tsp<br />Turmeric powder - 1 tsp<br />Coriander powder - 1 tsp<br />Oil - 4 tbsp<br />Lemon juice - 1 tbsp<br />Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp<br />Salt to taste<br />Water - 11/2 ltrs<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Method:</span><br />1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add garam masala and onions, cook till it gets brown.<br />2. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for five seconds, now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and saute for four to five seconds.<br />3. Now add mince, coriander leaves and saute for two to three minutes, now add water and let the water get boil.<br />4. Now add macaroni (pasta), lemon juice and stir well.<br />5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, black pepper corns, curry leaves and mix once.<br />3. Add onion and saute for one minute.<br />4. Add tomato, turmeric powder, salt and saute for two minutes on low flame.<br />5. Now add the roasted sooji and mix well for two more minutes on low flame.<br />6. Now add boiled water, mix well and cook for one to two minutes on medium flame and another two minutes on low flame.<br /><br /><br />You're done!<br /><br />The above recipe serves 4. Boil Potatoes, peel skin and mash the potatoes, keep aside.<br />2. Heat pan, add oil, then add mince, salt and <a href="http://www.google.co.in/search?q=define%3Asaute&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a">saute</a> for two minutes.<br />3. Then add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and saute for two more minutes.<br />4. Add 2tbsp of water and cook for another two minutes, keep aside.<br />5. Add the <a href="http://www.webyam.com/search.php?keywords=potato"><span style="font-weight: bold;">potatoes</span></a> and mix well and keep aside.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Method for Parotha:</span><br /><br />1. Divide dough into portions.<br />3. Boil noodles and keep aside.<br />2. Heat oil in a pan, add eggs, salt (a pinch) and stir well till the eggs cooks well.<br />3. Now add cabbage, green bell pepper, and carrot and stir well.<br />4. Add soya sauce, white pepper powder, chat masala, salt (according to taste) and stir well.<br />5. Add the boiled noodles and mix it well till everything gets mixed properly.<br />And you're done!!
